When does Itasca need books?

When should books arrive at the Itasca warehouse?

Your books should be at the Itasca warehouse ideally 4-6 weeks before the pub date, (at minimum 2 weeks beforehand, which is cutting it close).

Why so early? We need time to receive books, then to ship them out to Ingram's warehouses--then Ingram needs to receive them and show they're available. 

We want the best case scenario for your books sales--on the pub date, bookstores look to buy the book, and it's available at Ingram.

We also recommend that you have all your metadata completed at least 6 weeks before the pub date as well.
