[Statements](https://info.bookmobile.com/knowledge/itasca-books-print-distribution-to-the-trade?hsLang=en#statements) # Will I receive a 1099 for 2024? ## 1099 forms and paid compensation reports Stanton Publication Services, Inc., doing business as *Bookmobile* and *Itasca Books*, will not be issuing IRS Form 1099 for the tax year 2024 and beyond for payments made to publishers for the sale of books and eBooks. After consultation with legal experts and a licensed CPA, we have been advised that payments for the sale of goods (excluding fulfillment fees) are not subject to reporting on IRS Form 1099. **What You Can Expect Instead:** We will provide a *Paid Compensation Report*, which will detail all payments made for *Itasca Books* and *eBook* sales in the prior year. This report will be available no later than January 31st. **To Access Your Paid Compensation Report:** 1. Log in to your Stacks account. 2. Hover over **Billing** in the top navigation menu. 3. Click on **Paid Compensation Reports**. 4.
