Our drop ship services can connect your website shopping cart and automatically collect orders. This does require IT support on your end. On our end, our IT will set up the connection and test an order to make sure it's working properly before you go live with sales. Contact us for costs.
The automated fulfillment service retrieves PENDING orders from a 3rd party ecommerce site every hour.
Generally the process is:
- If you're ready to proceed, let us know, we'll invoice you, and wait for payment in full.
- Your printshop CSR will confirm we have your title data for drop ship services (title, author, ISBN, retail price, book specs).
- You follow the set-up PDF above and add your title to your ecommerce store.
- Your CSR will connect you with our IT, they will need to log in to your ecommerce store and request an API key.
- Our IT person places a test order.
- Automated fulfillment goes live!
