The first string of numbers in every ISBN number identifies the publisher who owns the ISBN: that publisher is the Publisher Tied to ISBN.

If you distribute a book through Itasca you have the option of purchasing your own ISBNs to use for your books, or using an ISBN we provide. If you purchase your own, the “Publisher Tied to ISBN” is the publisher name you used to purchase the ISBNs.

If we provide the ISBN, the Publisher Tied to ISBN is Tasora Books.
