What are the fees listed on my statement when books leave the Itasca warehouse?

Itasca’s distribution fees are due when books ship out (with the exception of Amazon Seller).  The vendors (for example Ingram) don't pay those fees, the publishers do.

When Ingram pays Itasca, we’re not taking any fees from you at that time (because we already did when the books shipped out).
