How do I transfer my books from Ingram/SPD to Itasca?

Itasca can contact Ingram and let them know you are now being distributed by Itasca Books. What we need from you, the publisher is:

• A PDF of a letter
• It should have your logo, publisher name, address
• This statement: We, <publisher name here>, are moving to Itasca Books Distribution.
• Signature
• Printed name
