      Can I edit or delete a dropship order in Stacks?

      Can I change a shipping address or shipping method once a fulfillment order is placed?

      Unfortunately no! Please let us know the order ID#, title, and your publisher name, and we will delete it (if the order is not already in process or shipped).

      Your CSR will then ask the warehouse to cancel the order in Stacks.  

      You can then upload a new order.
