      Can I dropship bound galleys to the EU with no IOSS number?

      Can I send bound galleys to the EU as a "commercial sample" with no IOSS number?

      You can send bound gallers / ARCs / advanced reader copies to the EU without an IOSS number.

      You will need to upload a "commercial sample" letter with the EU orders in Stacks. There is a sample of this letter to use in Stacks. You will be charged the insert fee for the "commercial sample" letter.
